Troost39 Thrift Store has been a vital part of the community for many years. Every donation or purchase at our thrift store goes towards making a positive impact in our community. We are grateful for the support of our partner agencies and look forward to continuing our work together.

Layaway Details

We are happy to offer our exclusive Troost39 Layaway Service, which allows you to put up to $50.00 worth of merchandise into layaway for one month. Here’s how it works: You put 25% of the total purchase price down at the time of layaway. Then Troost39 will place your merchandise in our specially-reserved layaway area, for up to 30 days. There’s no interest or additional fee. Just take your time and pay us the full amount by the end of 30 days. No worries!

Our Very Old Building

We remain committed to providing our customers and guests with a place we, with pride, call home. Each year we take on several new projects to maintain and enhance the physical environment of our Store. Whenever possible, we work with other funding organizations to afford key improvements. Additional financial donations help close the gap for our improvement projects, and help in the event of a maintenance issue (plumbing and an aging roof are our biggest worries!)
